You are within walking distance of everything, including shops and restaurants, and don't need a car to get around! You are also close to the bus line but should you decide to come with your car, you will have a reserved parking spot outside.
The Club House offers an exercise room with Jacuzzi, pool table room, card room. There are four fishing piers.
There are two heated swimming pools and the pool areas have plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy a light meal for lunch or dinner. There are boat slips available.
Many local shops, bars and restaurants within minutes walk. If you don't feel like cooking and don't feel like going out to dine, try Winn-Dixie supermarket just across the way. They offer an excellent range of ready cooked meals. They will make up a full dinner party for you, full picnic, just ask. The staff are great and so friendly.
There is a wealth of activity all within a short drive. Whether its golfing, fishing, shopping, canoeing, museums, football, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, horse back riding, bike hire, the list is endless- just check out tourist information across the way on Tom Stuart Causeway, minutes from the yacht club.

UNIT 250H: 2 BED/1 BATH
Our Condo is on the first floor level. Extremely spacious and lightly decorated throughout. There are two large double bedrooms (Bedroom 1: queen bed , TV, two bedside cabinets, large drawer unit and typical American walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2: two twin beds, large drawer unit, bedside cabinets, small walk in wardrobe). Adjacent hand wash vanity unit, bath/shower, WC, full laundry facilities.
Large L shaped lounge with dining area. Large color cable TV, DVD player, hi-fi system. Patio doors to balcony, (patio furniture). Large `fully equipped` typical American kitchen. The kitchen has new microwave , new toaster and the unit has 5 appliances (stove, fridge, washer & dryer, dishwasher) Air conditioning / heating through out as well as ceiling fans. Beach towels/chairs, free local telephone calls, iron, hair dryer and all linens included. The living room offers a new pull out queen sleeper sofa and another sofa (not a pull out).
UNIT 320G: 2 BED/1 BATH
The Front Room offers a decorative presence that only a true beach lover could appreciate. Pictures and other pieces of art work help to contribute to the theme of the condo. There is a lot of room for seating and dining furniture as well.
The dining room has a decorative touch with a full dining room table providing comfortable seating for four. The Kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances needed to make your stay hassle free.
The huge master bedroom includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet. Pastel colors, white washed furniture, and beautiful tile help to add to the condos beach theme and your enjoyable stay. The Second Bedroom includes the same kind of inviting atmosphere along with a queen size bed and a sufficient amount of storage space including dressers and closet space. The porch allows visitors to sit down and enjoy the beautiful weather both day and night!
UNIT 169B+C: 1 BED/1 BATH
One-bedroom/one bathroom units with queen bed, largeclosets, washer & dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Living room has a queen size hide-a-bed, is tastefully furnished, including a VCR , TV in living room, beautiful screened in porch with sunset view, eating area on porch available. All linens and kitchen items provided.
UNIT 240F: 2 BED/1 BATH
This 2-bedroom/1-bathroom condominium is beautifully furnished and offers two bedrooms. Its master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom two single beds. The spacious dining room and living room areas offer a comfortable way to relax during your vacation.
The unit also has a balcony with four chairs and a table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, kettle, dishes, and flatware. This unit also offers cable TV, DVD, mini stereo tower with CD and cassette players, ceiling fans, drapes, washer & dryer in the unit, and walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. The unit can sleep up to 6 people.

UNIT 343H: 2 BED/1 BATH
The unit is set across the second and third floors of the building, offering an elevated outlook along with a prime location just moments from restaurants, parks, shopping and of course the beach! The main level has a generously sized living room, a dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. A half bath and two closets are located on this level while outside, there's a sizable covered patio with room for a table and chairs. This outdoor area is the ideal place to start the day with a coffee or gather with friends for refreshing afternoon drinks. Both bedrooms are on the upper level including the spacious king-size master with a walk-in closet. Also on this level is a hall closet and a full bath, with a washer and dryer, for added convenience. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
